The Villains of VIA

We are thrilled to present "The Villians of Via" featuring Michael Guertin and Caboose! Ministries

Not for infants and young children as complete silence is essential for the drama. Note: The room is darkened and Pilate is very loud and scary. Thank you.

The Lord Jesus Christ stands trial before three men-three wicked men all seeking to rid themselves of Him and to pass the blame to each other. The Jewish high priest and head of the Sanhedrin, Joseph Caiaphas, Herod Antipas, the puppet-king appointed by Rome, and Pontius Pilate, the Roman procurator trying to keep peace and collect taxes in the midst of a Jewish revolt incited by the Zealots.

Even Pilate's wife Claudia Procula has a dream about the Nazarene and seeks to intervene on His behalf. These three "Villains of Via", i.e., the three villains the LORD would use to send Jesus to the cross by "The Way of Sorrows", vis, "Via Dolorosa", are seen deliberating the Nazarene's fate to secure His death, which the LORD would ultimately use to accomplish the salvation of His people.
